I was intrigued by the opening question - what have you read on line lately, and want to use the ? as I am out and about. We can learn a lot from what our readers are reading.
I totally agree with Norm that there are some real improvements than can and should be made ASAP in the form of collasping our menus. I'll add the forward to a friend tab going to the bottom of each page.
For a more total re look at a redesign I'd suggest that we do more research of our readers and look at successful AABP folks.
